Test
Construction material has the requirement of authorised licenses from the Government where it has clearly defines that the material properties and standards to which it must be produce to be legally sold in our country. To conform to ISO 6935-2:2015 and ISO 630-3:2007 standards, FRESH STEEL tests all the steel produced in its factories to 10 most demanding tests before delivery to a customer which are: fatigue test, elongation test, bend test, re-bend test. Yield strength test, ultimate strength test, elongation at maximum force test, chemical test, diameter test and surface geometry test.

Certifications
FRESH STEEL is a steel company in Bangladesh having ISO certification both for quality and environment. Currently the certificates are up-to-date as of ISO 9001:2015 for quality and ISO 14001:2015 for environment.

To support the Quality Policy, the senior management of FRESH STEEL undertakes to:

  • Maintain, develop and continuously improve the quality management systems in accordance with the requirement of ISO 9000,
  • Announce every year their support for the Objectives and review them periodically,
  • Create and provide sufficient resources for implementing the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, including the strategic objectives of the business plan
  • Communicate within our organization the importance of meeting customer requirements as well as regulatory and legislative requirements and the requirements of internal regulations,
  • Deliver products of the highest possible quality to the customer,
  • Motivate and systematically increase the expertise and competence of our employees in quality management
