Md. Humayun Kabir

Chairman
Md. Humayoun Kabir, Chairman of the Company is a young dynamic business personality with long business experience. Mr. Kabir after having B.Com. (Hons) and Masters of Commerce degree also passed LLB. Throughout his career, he was deeply related to the steel industry by working in different position in the company. He has also 5 (five years working experience as a BRAC Area Manager and more than 19 (nineteen) years working experience in the line of this business.

MD. Omer Farooque

Managing Director
Mr. Omer Faroque is the Managing Director of the Company has the specialized knowledge and practical experience especially in the steel and re-rolling production. Mr. Faroque who has also a M.Com and possesses long experience in operation and marketing of such factory vis-à-vis products. He has 18 years business experience in this line of Business.

Over the years, he has acquainted himself with steel and re-rolling production business. He has also gathered wide practical experience in the field of backward and forward linkage business of steel industries, and other business.

Rashada Akter

Ms. Rashada Akter is a Director of the Company has sound knowledge and practical experience in the steel and re-rolling production. Ms Rashada after having B.A has 9 years business experience in this line of Business. She is working as an Executive Director-Administration & HRM and oversee the day to day of the department.

Mohammed Hossain

Director
Mr. Mohammed Hossainis a Director of the Company has sound knowledge and practical experience in the steel and re-rolling production. Mr. Hossain after having B.A has 13 years business experience in this line of Business. He is working as an Executive Director-Executive Director -Accounts & Financeand oversee the day to day operation of the company.

Kabir Ahmed

He is working as an Executive Director- Executive Director – Marketing & Sales and oversees the day to day operation of the company.
